By submitting your reservation, you confirm that your information is correct and also agree to the following terms and conditions and Liability Waiver:

  • Accept responsibility for full payment of all hour(s) booked

  • Provide minimum 48 hours notice for cancellation or changes to the booking

  • We reserve the right to move a booking to a different bay to optimize our tee sheet

  • Time period booked ends at 5 minutes to the hour to allow the next group to start on time

Where used herein the following terms shall have the following meaning respectively:
“Company” – refers to The Links of Lakeville & The Links of Stillwater collectively.

1. Overview

Membership Packages provide customers with a set number of prepaid hours (“Membership Packages””). By purchasing and using a Membership Packages, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership Packages Structure

  • The number of Membership Packages included in each package depends on the specific package purchased.

  • Each Membership Packages represents one use of the designated service or facility access as defined by the package, ONLY FOR THE PURCHASER.

3. Expiration & Validity

  • Membership Packages packages expire after specified time. Refer to the details of the package for more information.

  • Membership Packages remain valid for as long as the customer is in good standing with the Company and the Company continues to offer the associated service.

4. Non‑Transferability

  • Membership Packages are non‑transferable.

  • Only the individual who purchased the Membership Packages may redeem Membership Packages.

  • Sharing, selling, or transferring Membership Packages to another person is not permitted.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • All Membership Packages sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  • No refunds are provided for unused Membership Packages, partial use, changes in availability, or customer scheduling conflicts.

6. Usage Policies

  • Customers must follow all facility rules, etiquette standards, and staff instructions while using their Membership Packages.

  • The Company reserves the right to deny service or revoke access if a customer violates facility policies or behaves in a manner that disrupts operations or endangers others.

7. Service Availability

  • Membership Packages usage is subject to facility hours, staffing, weather conditions, and operational needs.

  • The business may temporarily close or adjust availability without compensation or refund.

8. Amendments

  • The Company may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of a Membership Packages after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
